SHIPPING INFO

Basil Racuk ships worldwide! Our only exclusion is Russia and Brazil due to custom regulations. Shipping fees will be determined at checkout and should not exceed $50 USD for international orders. International orders are all FINAL SALE. Please email basil@basilracuk.com with any overseas shipping questions/concerns. International shipments are sent via USPS and shipping charges will be determined at checkout.

For security reasons we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying customs fees on all international orders. USPS will contact the phone number listed on the order to collect customs fees before delivering the package.      

Basil Racuk products are shipped by UPS for Domestic ground shipping within the US. Orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address will ship by USPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for orders under $150. We offer free ground shipping on continental US orders over $150 

Please note: For US orders shipping to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, packages will ship via an International Shipping method. These order do not qualify for free shipping over $150.

On average, your order should ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that in some instances, your items may need to be made to order. In this instance we will send a message and let you know.

Adding monogram will add an additional 1-2 business days to the processing time.

Orders placed with expedited shipping are prioritized and shipped on the same business day if ordered by Noon PST. All orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.

Expedited shipping options are available online for the lower   48 states only. Orders placed by 12PM PST will be shipped same day via the selected method. All orders placed after 12PM PST for 2nd Day or Overnight shipping will ship the following business day via the selected method. Please note, our shipping carriers typically deliver Monday-Friday only so please consider this when selecting expedited options. For example, an order placed by 12PM PST on Thursday for 2-Day shipping will arrive the following Monday - not Saturday; an order placed by 12PM PST on Friday for Overnight Shipping will arrive the following Monday. To inquire about Saturday delivery options, please contact us before placing your order.

Note that adding monogram to your order will add an additional week for processing time. Your item will ship via the select method once it has been monogrammed which takes 2-3 business days. We offer expedited monogram options for an additional fee should you need that service rushed as well.
