For the KILL ME NOW, the story is that I worked in an office for many *many* years. After meetings we would file out and, in the confusion of trying to sort through what was just dumped on our plates, people get emotional. And say things. Things that are darkly humorous. "Kill me now" is a classic. I'm sure that the younger office jockeys are still deploying it.
I use my old letterpress machine and make each one myself, using hardcover Japanese notebooks (72 sheets, 5x7 in). These are a great gift idea for a coworker or anyone else who shares your dark sense of humor.
